- Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
- No. Many of our clients come to us with a general idea — 'we want to remodel our kitchen' or 'we want to build on this lot' — and we help them develop the vision from there. The consultation is a conversation, not a commitment.
- How much does a Baron Enterprises project cost?
- Every project is different. A bathroom remodel can range from $15,000 to $60,000 depending on scope and materials. A custom home build depends on square footage, site conditions, and finishes. We provide detailed, itemized written quotes after the initial consultation — no guessing on your end.
- How far in advance do I need to contact you?
- For remodeling projects, 4–8 weeks lead time is typical. For new home construction, we recommend beginning conversations 3–6 months before your target start date. We'll give you an honest assessment of our availability during your consultation.
- Do you work with homeowners during the design phase, or do I need an architect first?
- It depends on the project. For smaller remodels, we often handle the design and specification in-house. For new home construction or large additions, we can recommend licensed architects in the Roanoke Valley we have worked with successfully.
- What areas does Baron Enterprises serve?
