Permitting & Site Preparation
We handle all permit applications, surveys, and site prep — clearing, grading, and utility coordination — before breaking ground.
Construction
Full build managed from foundation through final finishes. Regular updates keep you informed at every milestone.
Inspections
We coordinate all required municipal and independent inspections throughout construction to ensure everything meets or exceeds code.
Final Walkthrough & Handover
Complete walkthrough together, punch list resolved, full documentation package handed over including warranty, maintenance guide, and permit records.

We use quality-graded lumber, premium exterior cladding, energy-efficient windows, and interior materials selected with you during the design phase. We source locally where available and recommend materials based on the Roanoke Valley climate.
The first year includes seasonal HVAC filter changes, caulking inspection around windows and doors, gutter cleaning, and monitoring for normal settling. We provide a full homeowner maintenance guide at final walkthrough.
